Odoo integrator for manufacturing.
No overengineering.
You already know Odoo.
You don't need another demo. What you need is to tame your multi-level bills of materials, automate your MRP and make your WMS reliable.
No more stray Excel files. From production management to lot traceability, we configure Odoo so it becomes the real engine of your plant.
The real cost of a failed implementation.
A poorly configured ERP doesn't just miss its goals: it paralyzes the business. Here is what we help our manufacturing clients avoid.
Overengineering
Rolling out too many modules at once, without regard for the team's digital maturity. The result: heavy processes and pointless clicks.
Back to Excel
When the software doesn't reflect what's really happening on the floor (wrong stock, complex bills of materials), operators lose trust and rebuild their own files.
Budget blowout
Ordering custom development to make up for not knowing standard Odoo well enough. It's expensive and blocks future upgrades.
Technology that serves the shop floor.
This isn't generic "business management." This is manufacturing. Here is how we structure your production and logistics flows.
Engineering and production management
Your products follow a real assembly logic. We structure your multi-level bills of materials (BoM), cost price calculation (COGS), and manufacturing orders (MO) linked to your work centers, so you stay in control of your cycle times.
Purchasing and requirements
No more parallel Excel spreadsheets. We configure your MRP: reorder-point replenishment, make-to-order, or mixed rules.
Warehouse-floor logistics
Barcode app, dynamic locations, FIFO/FEFO rules. Real-time stock you can actually trust.
Quality and traceability
We set up quality control points (AQL) at receipt or in production, automatic flow blocks, and backward/forward traceability by lot or serial number.
Our specialty: production and quality.
We mostly work on production and the quality control that goes with it. Planning follows from there: when production is properly assessed, material requirements are calculated correctly and purchases are triggered automatically. Subcontracting is not our strong suit. We mainly work with manufacturing SMEs with 10 to 50 employees, the ones that have outgrown shared files but have no IT department, and up to 250 employees when the organization is a good fit.
Odoo has its own production logic
Odoo doesn't bend to fit your workshop. It expects structured bills of materials, routings with times, manufacturing orders that actually consume components, and locations that reflect what's really in the aisles. Until your routings, work in progress and stock are translated into this logic, the requirements calculation stays wrong and teams go back to their spreadsheets. This translation is most of the work on a manufacturing project, and it's where we start, before adding a single feature.
A real example
At one manufacturer we support, nobody could say what a product really cost: the data was scattered all over the place. Production managers spent more time working around bugs than producing. The lesson: before adding features, you have to bring the data back into one place, so the real cost becomes clear again.
Our implementation approach.
Because between an Odoo that is "available" and an Odoo that is "useful," there is all the structuring work. SMEs usually have neither a dedicated ERP project manager nor an in-house Odoo expert. That's where we come in.
Scope
We start from your real physical flows, not from a standard Odoo demo or theoretical ideas.
Structure
Cleanup of products, SKUs, bills of materials (BoM), stock rules, MRP, access rights and accounting.
Test
We validate with your real, complex use cases, not just clean demo data.
Adopt
The goal isn't to launch software. The goal is for the team to use it properly on the shop floor.
And after go-live?
A manufacturing ERP doesn't stop at go-live. A new routing, a work center that changes, a supplier that extends its lead times, a new Odoo release: the configuration has to keep up, or the gap widens between the software and the shop floor. That's why we stay with our manufacturing clients over the long term, through two separate offers that you can cancel independently.
Hosting and managed services
Your servers, daily backups, monitoring, security and technical support, on our infrastructure.
Ongoing support
Unlimited usage questions in writing, plus a 20-minute video call every week with a consultant who knows your database.
Both offers are priced according to your setup and your number of companies. Ask us for an estimate, or read how we build our budgets.
What we've already fixed.
Voltra Lighting
A brand of technical portable lighting for hospitality, with several collections and a strongly product-driven model.
What we did:
Overhaul of an Odoo setup focused on catalog, stock and B2B flows: SKU restructuring, multi-level bills of materials, replenishment, forecasted stock, reliable margins, reporting and sales cycle.
Ogust Food
Culinary nutrition for institutional kitchens (200 sites). Was already using Odoo, but not to its full potential.
What we did:
Takeover of the existing setup, cleanup of sales management (centralization, quotes) and documents, then groundwork for expanding into accounting and inventory in Odoo.
Tessier
Manufacturer of sit-skis for people with reduced mobility, based in Savoie, France. A product range with variants, plus a welding and assembly workshop.
What we did:
Full replacement of their ERP with Odoo: production and manufacturing orders, product configurator, capacity per work center, scheduling and replenishment.
Solution Industrie
Import and trading of industrial parts in Vénissieux, near Lyon: castings, machining, aluminum and stainless steel.
What we did:
Replacement of Ciel Gestion Commerciale and Ciel Comptabilité (French sales and accounting software). Full data migration, chart of accounts aligned with the old software, multi-currency purchasing, and numbering sequences preserved. Three custom developments: staggered deliveries and backorders, product blocking, customs information.
Each project is detailed on our client references page, company by company, with what we actually delivered. Also worth reading: the Voltra Lighting case study, our Odoo for wholesale and logistics page and how an audit works.
Get your implementation funded.
Rolling out Odoo always goes hand in hand with upskilling your teams. The related training costs may be covered by your OPCO (French training funding body), under the Qualiopi framework. We'll show you the steps to follow.
