At the end of the questionnaire, you download a PDF of a few pages to share with your team and your accountant. It includes:

  • Your needs app by app, ranked Must-have, Important or Later.
  • Your priority pyramid, to see at a glance what forms the foundation of the project.
  • The data to migrate at the start, and the rules that apply to it.

Before you start

Yes. You leave your contact details at the end of the questionnaire to receive the document: that is all we ask.

About ten minutes, depending on the number of apps you choose. Your answers are kept in your browser: you can take a break and pick up later on the same device.

No. Each app is described in one line, and the needs are written in the language of your trade. A need that does not apply to you is simply left out.

Each app has a “+ Add a need” button. Write it in your own words and give it a priority: it appears in the document like the others, marked “added”.

No. It is a first draft that sets out your scope and your priorities. The full specification is built during the audit, when each need is checked against Odoo's configuration and your data.

Yes. In the same browser, your answers stay saved: come back to this page, correct what needs correcting and download a new version.

The document is built directly in your browser. When you download it, we receive your contact details and a copy of the specification: that is what allows us to email it to you and discuss it with you.
