Ongoing Odoo support with no meter running
Your questions and fixes handled by a team that already knows your database, with no quotes and no meter. Your system keeps running, and your teams become more self-sufficient.

The reality
Your ERP is the brain of your business
Sales, purchasing, inventory, production, invoices, accounting: everything runs through it, and everything is connected. One wrong piece of data in one place shows up everywhere else. If it stalls, the whole business slows down.
The real need: small requests, everywhere
Rarely big projects. Small questions, all the time, from every direction. And each one has to be solved fast.
your ERPPay by the hour, or get ongoing support
Why not a block of hours?
It’s the most common model. On paper, it feels safe. In practice, it puts a meter between your teams and their software.
With a pay-by-the-hour provider
a block of hours that keeps shrinking
- you count every request before writing in
- you hesitate, work around the software, patch things up
- small problems turn into big projects
With Hors du Commun
your requests covered, no meter running
- you write in as soon as something gets stuck
- no block of hours, no credit to keep an eye on
- problems get solved while they’re still small
The four drawbacks of a block of hours
Billed time can’t be verified
At the garage, one mechanic quotes 3 hours, another 7. There’s no way to check: all you see is whether the car drives off. That’s the mechanic syndrome.
You count before you write
The balance drops, and people no longer dare to ask. Questions pile up in silence.
You work around the software
A spreadsheet on the side, data keyed in twice, a quick fix: small problems turn into big projects.
The hours run out at the worst moment
New quote, more waiting, right when you need help.
A provider paid by the hour earns more when problems drag on.
We do better when your system runs without needing us.
Our interests are aligned with yours: the less you need us, the better we do.
The offer
Your ongoing support, in two parts
A framework set in advance, and within it, everything related to using your Odoo.
Unlimited requests
In writing, by email or ticket, no meter: your questions and fixes, as many as you need.
Written reply within 7 daysOne meeting a week
20 minutes by video, with a consultant who knows your database. You book the slot that suits you.
Always the same personIn our integration projects, this is the fourth and final phase: ongoing support takes over after go-live.
What you get
A dedicated consultant
One person who knows your business, your teams and your settings: nothing to explain twice, no twenty-five different contacts.
A fast response
No quote or sales approval for a fix: you write, we take care of it.
Connected to your database
We have our own access: our answers point to your records, your orders, your settings.
“This contact was a duplicate of that one: we merged them.”
Predictable costs
The same amount every month, however many requests you send.
Time saved on every request
Another provider starts from scratch. We already know you
With every request, an outside provider first has to understand how your company works. We get to work right away.
Your database, your team, your contacts, your custom work: we already know them.
An unresolved problem is costly: if you can’t take payments for a whole day, the business grinds to a halt.
An answer that lasts
For every question, a how-to guide built on your database
An explanation given once serves the whole team from then on: unlimited training guides, plus videos, made on your own screens.

What did we find?
So it’s clear from the start
What’s included, and what’s not
Ongoing support keeps your Odoo running as it is. Changing it is a project, quoted separately.
Included
Everything related to day-to-day use of what we set up.
- A how-to question
- A document that won’t print
- An error message
- Duplicates to untangle
- A figure to pull from your database
- An email that doesn’t arrive
- A setting or template to adjust
A separate project
Quoted separately, and started only with your approval.
- An automation or automated email
- A custom development
- A new app or a new web page
- A bulk import or a connector
- A version upgrade
- Training a team
- Data entry on your behalf
Our documentation details this scope, with examples. Read it before you commit. Already have a list of questions? Send it to us: we’ll answer line by line, what’s included and what’s not.

First, a takeover review of your database
Was your Odoo set up by another integrator, or in-house? Before we commit, we look at what has been done.
- 1We analyze what is installed, and how it is configured
- 2We check the quality of your data
- 3Ideally, a half-day on site to go through your questions
- 4You receive a takeover report
Did you set up Odoo with us? Then this step doesn’t apply: we already know your database.
Business owners and buyers: assess your information system in a few minutes with our free tool, built in partnership with the C.R.A (a French business transfer association).
To understand the process: how an Odoo audit works.
Our stance
Our bet: fewer and fewer requests
At first, lots of requests for the same amount: ongoing support gives you far more than it costs. Then your teams master the system, and the pace settles to match your needs.
If the system doesn’t run as planned, you call on us as often as you need: that risk is ours to carry. It works both ways: our bet is your success.
Frequently asked questions
What we’re often asked
Do we need to have set up Odoo with Hors du Commun?
No. If your Odoo was set up by another integrator or in-house, we start with a takeover review of your database: what is installed, the quality of your data, then a takeover report. Ongoing support then starts on a database we know.
How do we send you a request?
In writing, by email or ticket, as often as needed. You can also bring it up at your weekly meeting. A written request doesn’t get lost, and you get a written reply within 7 days.
Does the meeting take place every week?
The slot is available every week, and you book it when you need it. It’s 20 minutes by video to take stock and decide on next steps: not a live troubleshooting session, and not a training session.
Who handles our requests?
Always the same consultant, assigned to your business. They know your teams, your settings and what was developed for you: you have nothing to explain twice.
What if our request isn’t included?
We flag it in the ticket, then propose solutions and a clear quote. Nothing starts without your approval.
Can you extend our Odoo?
Yes, as a separate project: we describe the change in a specification, quote it, then deliver it. To prepare yours, try our Quick specification builder.
Do you train our teams?
Every answer can become a training guide or video, made on your own database: your teams learn from it at their own pace. Training a whole team, however, is a separate project.
Let’s talk
Let’s start with a conversation
Tell us where your Odoo stands: we review your situation with you, then tell you what ongoing support would change.
- 1You write to us, with your current questions if you like.
- 2We review your situation with you. If your Odoo was set up elsewhere, we start with a takeover review of your database.
- 3You receive our proposal, with detailed documentation of the ongoing support service.
