As an Odoo integrator in Lyon, I lead our clients' projects from audit to go-live.

For more than 3 years, I have been helping SMEs implement Odoo: about twenty projects, most often for companies with 10 to 50 users, in manufacturing, trading, services and retail.

How I run an Odoo project

Three principles I apply on every project, from industrial SMEs to service companies.

Standard first

I start from Odoo's configuration. Custom development only comes in if it is critical, differentiating and cost-effective, maintenance included.

Short cycles

No black box: short phases, a gradual rollout and teams trained to become self-sufficient.

Keep what is useful

In a migration, we bring over live data: customers, products, stock, open documents. The history stays available in the old tool.

I have taught at entrepreneurship and communication schools, from bachelor's to master's level, and coached students at EFAP Lyon. This experience carries over to training Odoo users: key users learn to train their colleagues.
