Odoo license

Hosting and managed services
Hosting on our servers, daily backups, monitoring, security and technical support. Pricing depends on your setup and the number of companies.
Ongoing support
Unlimited usage requests, in writing, and a 20-minute video meeting every week with a consultant who knows your database.
What changed at Odoo on September 24, 2026
The first price increase in four years. The Standard plan does not change. The Custom plan goes from €29.90 to €35.90 for the first year, then €44.90. Odoo is also introducing a Light User license at €7.90 for employees who only use HR features, Planning, Point of Sale or warehouse scanning. Finally, an employee listed in the Employees app now counts as a paying user, even without a login: if your headcount exceeds the number of people who actually work in Odoo, your license budget needs to be recalculated. Also plan for this: Odoo 20's artificial intelligence features consume credits purchased separately.

Each added flow (purchasing, inventory, manufacturing or after-sales service) needs its own configuration, testing and training.
Data migration
A clean customer file migrates quickly. Years of history scattered across several software tools, much less so.
Custom development
What Odoo cannot do through configuration has to be developed, tested and maintained with every new version.
