1. Architecture setup
Sizing the workers, choosing the hosting (Odoo.sh, On-Premise...) and configuring the PostgreSQL databases according to the type of project
2. Domain name
Pointing the domain name (A and CNAME records), reverse proxy (Nginx) and SSL/TLS certificates.
This step is unavoidable if you want to send emails from your own domain name or set up your online store.
3. Email deliverability (SPF, DKIM, DMARC)
To stay out of spam folders, you need proper SMTP/IMAP configuration and cryptographic security.
Otherwise... your quotes, invoices and customer emails will end up in spam.

Setting up two-factor authentication (2FA) and defining an ACL (Access Control List) matrix based on your roles.
